A modern large living room with an open kitchen, which is dominated by shades of black, gray and wood. In this room, the designer’s metal lamp above the table attracts the eye and raw concrete ceiling is another key element. A microcement floor perfectly harmonizes with the concrete ceiling, it is a mirror image of it. What is important, underfloor heating can be used under the microcement flooring. You should only remember that to be able to apply micro-cement, the moisture content of the substrate must not exceed 4% and floor heating must be  tested to the highest temperatures used. The heating should be turned off at the latest 72 hours before the start of the microcement application. Failure to observe these rules may lead to cracking of the substrate and transfer of cracks to the microcement layer.

Furniture made of metal and wood is an inseparable element of loft interiors. Most often they are made of old recycled wood and black steel profiles and are characterized by a simple construction. Their appearance is somewhat reminiscent of furniture from a factory, workshop or warehouse. Minimalistic and economical in form they look great on a béton ciré floor.

A counterbalance to the use of dark colors and many industrial pieces of equipment is the installation of very large windows from the ceiling to the floor. A lot of light falls through them and the garden almost enters the living room – the continuation of the garden is moss on the wall by the stairs.

The classic gray microcement on the floor is the most common choice of investors, but it should be remembered that there are much more colors to choose.

Thanks to the high abrasion resistance, the microcement is ideally suited to the corridor / lobby. In addition, using one type of finish in all rooms (and not, for example tiles in the lobby and kitchen, parquet in the living room), optically enlarge the interior.

The whole house is designed very modern. In addition to the microcement, we have here trendy hidden doors, black industrial headlights and minimalistic furniture and decorations.
