A popular solution for floors in clinics and dental offices are resin floors – mainly made of epoxy resin. Their advantage is the lack of joints, water resistance and easy maintenance. What if the investor or architect is looking for a different solution? A good alternative to epoxy resin is microcement.

Microcement as an alternative to epoxy resin is a good idea? Of course, because, just like resin, it does not require dilatation, it is resistant to water and damage, and it is easy to clean. Additionally, the microcement technology is more contractor-friendly because the microcement system does not contain harmful bisphenol A or epichlorohydrin. FestfloorGo microcement! however, it has a hygienic certificate of the National Institute of Hygiene.
Microcement in a clinic in Warsaw
The project that we are presenting today is an aesthetic medicine clinic in Warsaw, and it was delivered by the experts from the Fabryka Posadzek (Floor Factory). The microcement was used on an area of approx. 60 m2 in the main hall, reception and corridor. The system was used for the Festfloor Life floors in dark gray (author’s coloring not included in the color chart). The floor is finished with PU Fest 2K satin varnish.
